Our Pillars

What drives CEI

Introducing Our Pillars.
The Virtues behind our cause.

Regenerative Business & Entrepreneurship

Regenerative Business strengthens local economies by partnering with agencies, small businesses, and community organizations to expand opportunity and build sustainable wealth. We support founders through research, business consulting, grant proposal development, and strategic planning that help stabilize operations, grow revenue, and increase hiring. Donor support fuels regenerative business activity that keeps prosperity circulating within neighborhoods, expands ownership pathways, and creates long‑term economic mobility for families.

Attainable, Affordable, and Safe Housing

Attainable Housing expands access to stable, dignified homes by partnering with housing organizations focused on affordability, ownership, and rental opportunities for under‑resourced families. We provide technical assistance, strategic support, and ecosystem coordination that strengthen local housing systems, reduce displacement, and increase long‑term stability. Donor contributions help families secure safe homes, build equity, and create the foundation every child needs to thrive.

Community Development & Ecosystem Restoration

Community Development improves daily life in neighborhoods by supporting organizations that expand access to essential resources: nutrient‑dense foods, safety initiatives, youth supports, and community‑led restoration efforts. We sponsor and partner with initiatives that strengthen food systems, enhance safety networks, and increase the availability of culturally grounded services. Donor giving fuels healthier environments, stronger community cohesion, and restored ecosystems that honor humanity and promote long‑term wellbeing.

Academic Excellence & Opportunity Pathways

Academic Excellence expands educational opportunity by partnering with organizations that deliver critical supports for children and youth. Through Waverly’s Way, we provide full or partial tutoring scholarships for under‑resourced students, and through The Citrus Club’s Children on the Horizon initiative, we help ensure every child in grades K–9 has a home‑based library. We host immersive in‑person and virtual learning experiences that deepen critical‑thinking capabilities. We also support partner organizations advancing child safety through Safe Storage Firearms Education, Human and Sex Trafficking Awareness and Prevention programs, and Helmet Safe Fit Initiatives that reduce pediatric traumatic brain injuries. Donor support strengthens literacy, builds academic confidence, safeguards wellbeing, and opens pathways to long‑term achievement.

Strategic Partnerships & Collective Impact

Cross‑sector collaborations with institutions, faith communities, growers, universities, and local government.
