The Survival Debt Circle is CEI’s signature 12‑week stabilization program for people overwhelmed by:

• Credit‑card debt
• Sudden income loss
• Rising rent

• Medical bills
• Financial fear and isolation

Each small group meets weekly and includes:

• A trained facilitator
• A confidential, judgment‑free environment
• A step‑by‑step survival budget plan
• A micro‑emergency fund strategy

• Negotiation scripts for creditors, utilities, and insurers
• A personal accountability partner
• Emotional stabilization and community support

This is not about perfection.
This is about breathing again.

Because two people can survive together what would crush them alone
Your lived experience, combining resources with another woman in crisis, is the blueprint for this program.

• Widows
• Elderly women
• Adults living alone

• People priced out of housing

Emergency Savings Pathway

Most people in crisis cannot imagine saving money.
CEI teaches a micro‑savings model that works even when money is tight.

• How to stop the financial bleeding
• How to build a small emergency fund quickly
• How to prevent overdraft cycles

• How to reduce reliance on credit cards
• How to create a 30‑day survival budget

A small emergency fund is not a luxury.
It is oxygen.

This program is especially powerful for:

Because no single organization can meet every need, but no one should have to search alone

CEI curates a trusted network of partners so people can access the help they need without shame or confusion.
